Organic Battery Days 2026 to Take Place in Jena | 5 - 7 October

From 5 to 7 October 2026, Friedrich Schiller University Jena will host the Organic Battery Days 2026 at the Center for Energy and Environmental Chemistry Jena (CEEC Jena).

The international three-day conference will bring together researchers and representatives from academia and industry to discuss the latest developments in electrochemical energy-storage systems based on organic active materials. The scientific focus will include the synthesis and characterization of organic and polymer-based materials as well as their performance in electrochemical systems.

The programme will feature lectures by internationally recognized researchers, scientific presentations, break-out sessions, a poster session and opportunities for networking and exchange within the growing organic battery research community.

Participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations by 31 July 2026. The registration deadline is 10 September 2026.
