Powder X-ray diffractometer

Our powder X-ray diffractometer D8 ADVANCE in DAVINCI design of the company Bruker is equipped with an X-ray tube with copper anode, a LynxEye silicon-strip detector, and an automatic sample changer with capacity of 45 samples. Beside the standard measurements, the instrument can coupled to the Anton Paar CHC+ reaction chamber (operated between -190 °C and +400 °C) and humidity chamber (95 % relative humidity with temperatures up to 80 °C) or with a Göbel-mirror for measurements in a glass capillary.
