The University of Jena welcomes fourteen new trainees
Once again, the group includes two trainee chemical laboratory technicians who will be learning and working at the Faculty of Chemistry and Earth Sciences over the next three and a half years
The Faculty of Chemistry and Earth Sciences forms the roof for the three disciplines of chemistry, geography and geosciences. Our professors and our employees work on numerous collaborative and individual research projects with many local, national and international cooperation partners.
Around 1,600 students are enrolled our study programmes. The study programmes at the Faculty of Chemistry and Earth Sciences are characterized by a family atmosphere and numerous practical courses such as laboratory and field trainings. We also train young people to become chemical laboratory technicians.
