From September 8–11, 2025, Frances Houle visited the Water Splitting Group, engaging in presentations, lab tours, and scientific discussions with the team. Her visit provided a highly productive and inspiring week of scientific exchange and collaboration.
The Water Splitting Group spent a fun-filled day in Camburg trying out archery to test their skills. The day ended back in Jena with a relaxed BBQ, great conversations, and plenty of laughs.
The Water Splitting Group at FSU Jena presented its latest advances in green hydrogen research during the HIGH-TECH-TOUR Thüringen. Minister Christian Tischner, State Secretary Dr. Bernd Uwe Althaus, and other leaders gained insights into innovative approaches for sustainable energy generation.
In July 2025, Alex attended the ISPPCC in Milazzo, and Kristína attended the ICP in Aachen. Both presented the work of the Water Splitting Group during the poster session.
